1. All promotional offers are administered by Advantage Breaks. The offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offers and may not be used by any company or individual involved in any way with its distribution.
2. All Accommodation is subject to availability.
3. Please make us aware of any disabilities you may have that could affect your stay prior to booking your flights.
4. If you are traveling for more than 1 week and planning on staying in alternative accommodation then the promotional week must be taken as the last week of your holiday
5. Please be advised once your booking information has been confirmed, you must contact us a minimum of twenty one (21) days prior to your travel date if you need to cancel. If you have failed to contact us twenty one (21) days prior to cancellation you will be charged on the credit card details given by you, charges vary depending on the hotel/apartments cancellation policy. If you fail to show at the hotel and do not inform us, then the hotel reserves the right to charge you for the full cost of the stay.
6. Any payment made to Advantage Breaks to confirm this reservation, is a non-refundable administration fee (covering accommodation costs). Any other payments made to any of the hotels, resorts or companies on offer for extra nights, extra weeks, upgrades, airport transfers and/or anything else other than the administration fee are the sole responsibility of you the client and is not the responsibility of Advantage Breaks and this also includes flights
7. Please note you may reschedule your travel dates once free of charge, however an administration fee of £29.00 will be incurred for any further re-schedules.
8. The person making the booking must be over 35 years of age & under 69, married or living together for a minimum of 3 years, homeowners or private renters & be full time employed or retired with private pension (unless otherwise agreed) and accept responsibility that all personal information disclosed to the company for all members travelling in the party is to be true. (this includes joint annual income & any holiday ownership) False information is cause for full accommodation costs above the promotional offer to be incurred or cancellation of the holiday. Depending upon destination selected additional qualification criteria of resort developer may apply and will be confirmed in all confirmations.
9. Please note that no dogs or pets of any kind are permitted on promotional offer.
10. The couple accepting the promotional offer is required to attend a presentation and give up a morning or afternoon of their time with a Consultant who will explain the benefits of the system. This will take place on site and there is absolutely no cost or obligation. An appointment will be made for you prior to your stay or on arrival at your designated resort. If you fail to attend this appointment, you shall be liable to pay the full rental cost for your accommodation for the duration of your stay.
11. Advantage Breaks, if required for any reason or due to unforeseen circumstances, has the right to change your booked resort to another of equal standard. Advantage Breaks are not responsible for the accommodation and are solely responsible for the administrating of the booking procedure for which the fee (if any) is paid
12. Do not book any flights until you have received your booking confirmation; Advantage Breaks will not be held responsible.
